Position Description:
Experience Level: Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years related experience
including exposure to testing automation tools.
Skill set needed- Web Applications, XML,CICS, Share Point, Mercury/Quality
Center, Load runner, ClearQuest, MSOffice.
Mininum Qualifications . Writing and executing test plan and test scripts .
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process . Defect tracking, reporting,
and metrics for testing . Data Conditioning . End to end systems testing. .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Review and analyze technical
documents to determine testing needs and gaps. . Ability to handle multiple
projects and directives and work in a fast-paced, highly integrated and
systemic work environment . Ability to understand complex test environments
and configurations, and manage testing efforts from planning through
execution . Independent, flexible, creative and adaptable are critical
success factors. . Team Member must be self-motivated to learn new
technologies quickly. . Strong verbal and written communication skills
