Tilte: File Net administrators and Developers Location : Richmond, VA Rate: $40/hr Length: 8 months (could extend) FileNet/ Sybase Developer (2 positions for FileNet and 1 for FileNet- OmniTrack) - Deep Architectural and product knowledge of FileNet P8 ECM platform (4.0/4.5), including Content Engine, Application Engine, Process Engine, Process Modeling, Process Analyzer, Business Activity Monitor, and Records Crawler or Content Collector. - At least 4- 6 years of experience in FileNet technologies including, defining architecture for enterprise software development projects on FileNet P8 Platform for scalable, content centric workflow applications. - Experience should include knowledge of FileNet implementation, infrastructure and capacity planning; business analysis/process designs tied to workflow applications or process/content automation. - Hands on experience with the FileNet P8 API's and integration patterns. - Ability to provide technical leadership and development support for solution development. - Design/development activities and review product deliverables for functional, performance and architectural integrity - Good knowledge of J2EE technologies, Object oriented analysis and design (OOA/OOD) Required Skills: - Product knowledge of FileNet P8 ECM platform, including Content Engine, Application Engine, Process Engine. - At least 3 years of experience in FileNet technologies including developing enterprise applications on FileNet P8 Platform for scalable, content centric workflow applications. - Hands on experience with the FileNet P8 API's and integration patterns. - Proven development accomplishments for enterprise content solutions. - 6+ years of experience related to software development using J2EE technologies. - Good knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) Technologies: Content Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine, Workplace/ Workplace XT Customization, BPF, Records Manager, Component Integrator, FileNet PE/CE Java API, CE/PE Web Services API, Lotus Forms, BAM, J2EE. FileNet System Administrator (2 Postions) The FileNet Administrator is directly responsible for: 1. Administering and supporting EDM applications to day-to-day monitoring, problem resolution and root cause analysis. 2. Develop security policies and procedures designed to ensure the integrity of the application environment. 3. Define strategies and solutions to improve the performance and access of imaging/workflow applications. 4. Work with peers and associates as a teammate to ensure that imaging/ workflow technologies meet or exceed business requirements for stability, performance, availability and usage. 5. Function as on-call support for all EDM applications. Preferred candidate will hold the IBM FileNet P8 Administrator certifications and have at least 6 years of practical professional experience working on environment with applications interfacing with P8. - 3-5 year’s technical experience in the installation and administration of FileNet Application, Process, Content Engines and FileNet P8 Workflow applications. - Understanding of workflow as well as high volume fax and paper scanning operations. - Strong communication and problem solving ability. - Technical Experience with UNIX, Windows OS, Oracle, and SQL Server. - Experience with WebSphere and J2EE applications. - Demonstrate strong customer service focus and ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence. - Ability to follow change management process and provide documentation on standards and operational procedures.
