Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 6 month contract to hire (So no H-1 candidates please) ****MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND A FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW**** ****NO H-1 CANDIDATES SINCE THIS IS A CONTRACT TO HIRE**** Skills and Abilities: · Experience with stakeholder analysis, enterprise analysis, process modeling and business application requirements. · Experience with use cases, business rules & calculations, data dictionaries, domain models, user interface prototypes, data maps and reports specifications specifically in the area of custom business applications. · Experience with planning, estimation and management of the requirements process. · Experience with meeting facilitation, stakeholder interviews and presentations. · Experience with logical (relational) database modeling and SQL. · Exceptional communication skills.
