Please find the below our *direct client requirements* and please send me your consultants resume to * <[email protected]> <[email protected]>[email protected] <[email protected]> Title: Senior Java Developer (E-Commerce) Location: Boca Raton, FL Duration: 6-12 Months* *Must have 9-10 Years of experience* *Responsibilities:* - Will work with a team of developers and business analysts to ensure quality and timely project completion - Must have the ability to understand and capture business/technical requirements and translate them into functional and design elements - Will maintain and enhance e-commerce sites as per requirements - Must have the ability to think out of the box and design concrete, robust and scalable solutions - Gathering requirements, designing software solution, developing software, unit testing code, code deployments, production support. - Following a SCRUM/Agile methodology which means daily stand up meetings, story grooming, sprint planning, demo's, etc. Requirements: *- Must have strong e-Commerce and Software Product Development experience (5+ years)* - Experience in application development, JEE, SOA / Web Services (overall 7-10 years) - Experience with Java, JEE, Object-oriented design principles, EJB, JSP, Struts, AJAX, CSS and HTM (3+ years) - Working experience with Websphere Application Server/Web Logic - Working experience with SOA / Web Services - Working knowledge/hand on experience with javascript APIs i.e. JQuery, DOJO, YUI - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Experience with Spring MVC and Hibernate is a plus - In –memory and external caching frameworks is a plus - Experience working with implementing third party e-commerce services including but not limited to: Payment Methods (Paypal, Google Checkout), Product Reviews, e-commerce analytics (Coremetrics, Google Analytics), SEO/SEM, on-site search solutions (Endeca, Lucene, Google) is a plus - Experience working with Microsoft SQL server is a plus - Experience with Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus *Title: PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM / HRMS Functional Analyst Location: Boca Raton, FL Duration: 12 Months* *Must have 10 plus experience * Responsibilities: - Will be responsible for assisting with portions of the functional design, analysis & implementation for the HR / Payroll Systems Conversion Program. - Will be responsible for creating functional design specification documents and coordinating & conducting system integration, conversion, and user acceptance testing. - Will lead the analysis for portions of the HR/Payroll Systems Conversion Program working with HR IT & and the project implementation management team. - Will be responsible for planning, coordinating cross business area teams and managing HR Systems testing for data conversions, data validation processes, in addition to working with business areas and IT to achieve system re-engineering, system updates & change initiatives. - Must be a strong Subject Matter Expert and consultative resource to the organization regarding all aspects of the following modules: ESS, MSS, Workforce Administration, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance Management for the PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 application. - Will act as a proactive interface between the internal HR global business partners and the IT technical resources ensuring the success & accuracy of HR Systems initiatives, data conversions, new upload programs, non-HR business area initiatives and system changes requiring a high level of complexity. - Will provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Analysts for identifying & implementing system solutions.
