Preference to local candidate – f2f or Skype interview Location : San Jose, CA We have a need to bring someone on board immediately that has built or been a product owner for a search system. We are replacing Microsoft’s FAST search in SharePoint with Elastic Search and need someone to help us define the relevance engine for enterprise search (people, sites, potentially documents). Including how to train the search engine (Machine learning) to refine search systematically and getting analytic's to incorporate into the search feedback/refinement loop. I would love someone who has hands on knowledge of search but would staff someone who wasn’t technical if they wrote the user stories for how to refine a search engine.
