Position:- SOW for Microsoft Exchange Support
Location:- Corning, NY
Duration:- 3 - 6 Months
*Job Description:*
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Monitor and Maintain Global Enterprise Level Messaging Systems.
• Provide third level operational support within messaging environment.
• Work closely with first and second level support teams to provide quality
customer service.
• Troubleshoot more complex applications, infrastructure problems or other
IT problems that may have a significant impact on our
messaging service.
• Serve as the technical lead on projects by participating as project
resource representing the messaging team.
• Train and develop junior team members in technical areas through
one-on-one development.
• Identify, develop and document operational processes.
• Continuously looking at how to improve upon existing process, innovation.
*Desired Skills:*
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
• Proven knowledge of the following: Exchange Roles, SMTP routing, Outlook
2010, Blackberry PDAs, High Availability solutions.
• Ability to independently operate BlackBerry, Lync Server 2010 and other
messaging services.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory administration, structure,
permissions, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008 and
Virtualization.
• Familiarity with data management, including SAN storage, replication,
backup and recovery, and disaster planning.
