Individuals, families and small businesses will be able to use the Marketplace to help them compare insurance options, calculate costs and select coverage online, in-person, over the phone or by mail. The Marketplace will help people to check their eligibility for health care programs like Medicaid and sign up for these programs if they are eligible. The Marketplace will also be able to tell what type of financial assistance is available to applicants to help them afford health insurance purchased through the Marketplace. Design & Develop Java web applications for Oracle WebLogic Servers. Design & Develop SOAP and REST web services. Providing Maintenance & Support for live applications & services. Application Server Tasks: Deploying Applications & Web Services, Creating Data Sources etc. Develop object relational mapping using Hibernate or myBATIS frameworks to access back-end Oracle databases. Develop Oracle WebLogic applications using Java Server Faces, HTML5, JavaScript libraries and template frameworks. Designing and developing Oracle database objects such as tables, triggers, and stored procedures for the applications. Write PL/SQL against Oracle RAC for use by web applications. Communicating with Users & Stake Holders. Communicate with Business Analysts to acquire requirements. Documentation: Preparing various documents like User Documents, Process Flow Diagrams and Database Schema Diagrams. Performs Black Box testing of web applications developed by other staff members. Attend and occasionally lead joint application design sessions with other staff members. Requested skills: 5 yrs hands-on experience in application development using modern JavaScript libraries in one of the following: Bootstrap, Ember, Angular or JQuery Mobile. Must specify the technology used for the work experience. 5 yrs hands-on experience using SPRING or a similar java development framework. 4 yrs hands-on experience using Hibernate, myBATIS or other Object Relational Mapping framework. 5 yrs hands-on experience in programming Oracle WebLogic Java applications from specifications expressed by use cases, class diagrams, interaction diagrams and sequence diagrams. 5 yrs hands-on experience coding web applications with web technologies in a Java/JEE and PHP environment, including experience in eight of the following: Servlets, JSP, Java/J2EE, HTTP, HTML, XML, XSLT, SQL, PL/SQL, JDBC/Hibernate, myBATIS, or RMI on a WebLogic Application Server.
