* <[email protected]>[email protected] <[email protected]>*Title: Business Analyst (Ecommerce and Mobile Applications) *Location: Boca Raton, FL* *Duration: 12 Months* Responsibilities: • Will gather requirements, collaborate with distributed teams to determine best approach, and manage the eCommerce initiative through to implementation. • Be highly engaged in understanding and documenting complex business eCommerce solutions. • Identifies, understand, and capture business vision and be able to relate business vision to implementable solutions. • Creates detailed specifications based on identified product or project requirements. • Assumes full accountability for coordinating and facilitating the gathering of project details. • Distills and effectively communicate documentation to wide audiences. • Recommends and drive solutions in an innovative and collaborative manner that strengthens project execution. • Manages multiple concurrent tasks in varying phases of the project delivery lifecycle. • Creates prototype visual and contextual designs in a collaborative manner with cross-functional international teams. • Create performance reports • Attend and contribute to Agile group sessions such as Stand Ups, Backlog Grooming Sessions, Sprint Plannings, Demos and Defect Meetings • Create stories with detailed acceptance criteria • Make sure stories have matching mocks, flows and detailed Acceptance Criteria This position works extensively with a matrix of groups and customers and requires a high amount of collaboration with teammates and customers. Qualifications: • *3 years of experience in eCommerce, Online Marketing or Consumer Facing Mobile Web Sites and Mobile Applications highly preferred.* • Have proven ability to understand, manage and lead highly complex projects from conception through implementation. • Be able to demonstrate clear and effective thought process as well as clarity and simplicity in writing and communication. • Strong written communication and presentation skills using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Word, and PowerPoint. • Proven experience working with cross functional teams to drive product development. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven history of building strong relationships with team members. • International experience and previous corporate retail experience is preferred. • Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
