Please review these contract positions and let me know your comfort. *Position #1:* *Oracle Manufacturing/Distribution* *Grafton, WI* *16 months* All resources proposed should have Oracle implementation experience at Manufacturing companies. All resources are to be primarily functional, however they should be at least 20% technical as well. 7 Manufacturing and Distribution consultants. Should be knowledgeable on Inventory, WIP, BOM, Routing, Costing, Engineering information. 2 of these people are to be based in the US, and 5 are to be based in Mexico. *Position #2:* *Oracle Apps & DBA* *Grafton, WI* *16 months* All resources proposed should have Oracle implementation experience at Manufacturing companies. All resources are to be primarily functional, however they should be at least 20% technical as well. 2 Oracle application and database DBAs *Position #3:* *Oracle Sourcing consultant* *Grafton, WI* *16 months* 2 of these people are to be based in the US, and 1 is to be based in Mexico. All resources proposed should have Oracle implementation experience at Manufacturing companies. All resources are to be primarily functional, however they should be at least 20% technical as well. 3 Sourcing Consultants, Should be knowledgeable on purchasing, Inventory and interactions with Demanta. *Position #4:* *Oracle EBS consultant* *Grafton, WI* *16 months* All resources proposed should have Oracle implementation experience at Manufacturing companies. All resources are to be primarily functional, however they should be at least 20% technical as well. 1 Ebusiness Consultant, should be knowledgeable in Istore and Oracle Portal. *Position #5:* *Oracle Functional Warehouse consultant* *Grafton, WI* *16 months* All resources proposed should have Oracle implementation experience at Manufacturing companies. All resources are to be primarily functional, however they should be at least 20% technical as well 3 Functional Warehouse consultants, should be knowledgeable on WMS, MSCA. *Position #6:* *Oracle Distribution consultant* *Grafton, WI* *16 months* All resources proposed should have Oracle implementation experience at Manufacturing companies. All resources are to be primarily functional, however they should be at least 20% technical as well. 1 Distribution Consultant, should be knowledgeable on Order to Cash, shipping, picking, packing. *Position #7:* *Logility Consultant,* *Indianapolis, IN* *3-6 months* We are currently using Logility as a transportation management platform for our QAD systems, and we would like to roll this out for our Oracle systems. We are seeking at least one and possibly more than one consultant. This consultant will be based in Indianapolis Indiana. He will be responsible for the following tasks. · Creating Logility / Oracle Implementation plan · Create Testing plan and test scenarios · Create Training plan and training materials · Conduct Training workshops We would like to start with one individual who has done this type of work before, in laying out the Logility / Oracle Implementation plan, we may determine we need several consultants to do all the work necessary.
