Job description:
Works closely with functional business analysts and the business to enhance
the Customer Interaction Center in SAP CRM through technical changes from
design through construction, testing, and launch.
Enable all departments to optimize the capabilities of SAP CRM 7.0 and
other business systems by enhancing reporting capability as well as
enhancing business processes through technical modifications.
Establish a close relationship with the others in IT applications to ensure
that the business needs are understood and being met / planned for
appropriately.
With functional business analysts, translate user requirements into SAP CRM
functionality, detailed specification creation, lead technical aspects of
projects, and identify gaps in process.
Works on and coordinates key SAP CRM deliverables. Identifies SAP CRM
systems problem trends.
Monitors the testing and evaluation of new versions and enhancement of the
SAP CRM system and related software.
Knowledge transfer and traning of internal resources.

Knowledge/Education:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
5-7 year as a SAP CRM technical consultant (Developer)
5+ years of BSP and Web UI development within the Customer Interactive
Center (CIC).
5+ years of SAP CRM middleware, CRM backend and ECC integration.
5+ years of ABAP development
Experience in implementing SAP CRM 7.0, specifically the Customer
Interaction Center and support for Service.
Working knowledge of BOL, EEWB, GENIL, ACE, BADI
Experience in development of CRM specific BADIs, RFCs, OOABAP Function
Modules.
Experience with IC Web development, Web UI, Web Dynpro.
Proven skills in both SAP R/3, ECC 6.0, CRM programming techniques
including dialog programming,

Job Experience Required:
Extremely detailed oriented and possess problem-solving and critical
thinking skills.
Strong knowledge of CRM 7.0 / ECC 6.0 integration points
Knowledge of Solution Manager
Demonstrated skills in performing Risk Management services including
performing system assessments, gap analysis, and providing remediation
support.
Strong experience managing compliance assessments within a public corporate
setting.
Exceptionally self-motivated, directed and detail-oriented.
Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
Present ideas and technology solutions to business user.
Strong Middleware development skills including custom adapters for large
number of z-fields.
Resolve performance issues by suggesting technical know-how.
Experience in SAP CRM LORD Interface for ERP Sales order scenarios.
Experience with CTI integration and enhancements of CAD (Call attached
data).
