- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and leaders.

- Experience in building consensus across teams.
- Experience in Microsoft Project, or other PM software.
- Great oral and written skills.
- Ability to run meetings and present to Executives.
- Proven ability to manage and demonstrate predictable progress in a –
somewhat non-process driven environment
