Location: North Carolina Duration: 3 Months Required Skills & Experience: Must have hands on experience with 5 - 7 Years Tivoli Storage Manager experience on AIX systems. Understand TSM configuration including server schedules and configuration. Capable of troubleshooting Tivoli Storage Manager issues. Communication skills in order to transfer knowledge to IT Operations and the ability to write Standard Operating Procedures. Responsibilities: Work with Distribution Center Operations on support of Tivoli Storage Manager in the RDCs. Perform knowledge transfer of TSM support including assisting with the writing of Standard Operating Procedures for the purpose of transitioning TSM support to IT operations. This contractor is needed on-site in order to consult with IT Engineering staff on the proper procedures to solve the TSM problems based on the customer's unique TSM schedules and configuration.
