Position:- HPCA Infrastructure Support Location:- Irving, TX Duration:- 6 Months *Job Description:* This individual will be working with the team responsible for operating, monitoring, building and supporting the HPCA Infrastructure to support software distribution, OS management, patch management, inventory collections, and vulnerability threat reporting for use on Windows based operating systems managed by CTI. *Job Purpose:* Individual will be a member of the team that provides the following services: • HPCA component monitoring, performance tuning, the capture of utilization metrics, the planned and unplanned synchronization of applications, patches, and audits globally, as well as the upgrading/patching of HPCA Components. • Process all imports of applications, patches and audits into the CS data store. • Utilize existing Citi standard server monitoring tools to track server performance for HPCA servers. • Monitor all HPCA infrastructure components to insure that client requests are processed on a timely basis and that all HPCA components are functioning per design. • Tune infrastructure components to optimize performance. *Key Responsibilities:* • Insure that planned and unplanned synchronizations are successfully completed to all infrastructure components throughout all regions. • Insure that all policy entitlements follow defined standards. • Insure proper connectivity between AD Domains and ODBC Databases. • Insure reporting information is properly posted. • Create reports and queries as required. • Identification of issues and coordination with CATE for contacting HP Support to report issues and provide data. • Work with the Infrastructure Build Team on transitioning of new HPCA Servers and HPCA Components to BAU operation status. • Insure that proper connectivity is maintained to support VPN connectivity. • Creation and maintenance of COP information / Network Locations / SAP’s. • Level 3 HPCA Support – handling of escalation from Level 1 and Level 2 HPCA Client Support. -- *Thanks and Regards,* Rahul Kumar Technical Recruiter - Talent Management Group ll IT-SCIENT ll Phone: 510.972.5267|| Fax: 877.701.4872 || Email Id: *[email protected] <[email protected]>* || Web: www.itscient.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
