Below are the details for a SQL DBA position. Candidates can start very
quickly. There will be interaction with end clients so experience
communication skills is a must!

Key Responsibilities:
· Migrate SQL Server 2005 databases to SQL Server 2012
· Migrate SQL Server SAN disk on a 2005 Cluster from Clariion to
3PAR.
· Develop and document project requirements, including detailed
specs, work estimates, timelines, deliverables and milestones.
· Operate within Client’s standards and conventions and applicable
Client BU/RU IT standards.
· Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines (with a specific
focus on business partnerships, change control, disaster recovery, and
security) for SQL Server Infrastructure.
Skills:
· Experience with installation, configuration, migration, backup
and recovery of SQL Server 2012/2008/2005.
· Experience with the design and implementation of SQL Server
Clusters (active/active, active/passive).
· Experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server
Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
· Experience performing upgrades of SQL Server 2000/2005/2008
databases to SQL Server 2008/2012.
· Experience in creating tables, stored procedures, views, indexes,
cursors, triggers, user profiles and relational database models.
· Experience in query optimization and performance tuning of stored
procedures, functions and views.
· Experience in creating business, functional and technical
documentation
*Position 2: Delphi 7 Developer*
Position: Delphi 7 Developer
Location : Youngstown, OH
Duration : Indefinite
PHONE SCREEN and possible PERSONAL INTERVIEW
IMMEDIATE NEED
On site full time initially but then if after they are completely ramped up
we might be able to go to 2 days a week on site.
It is for maintenance and it's of an undetermined length. If they like
them and everything works well, it could be for a long time depending on
the rate, etc.
It's maintaining a Delphi 7 application. *They would need to also be
competent with SQL Server*
*Position 3: MVS Developer*
*We are looking for an Open Text Developer for a project in Columbus, OH.
The skills are listed below. Start end of the month for a 6 month gig.
Personal interview with end client might be needed, so regional candidates
would be good. *
*Here's a priority list of the skills we need from the resources*
*- Microsoft .NET 4.5 w/MVS - the major part*
*- Open Text development exposure*
*- Workflow exposure - any kind*
*- Integration with other systems (Sql Server, Oracle, data warehouses)*
*The Open Text isn't as critical and if we can find someone who can do the
.NET coding another consultant can handle the Open Text part of things.*
