Experience with MMIS is required. • Supports the analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of all projects • Works with clients to meet project performance expectations • Communicates with teammates and project leaders to deliver the best solution for the projects • Monitors the market trends to develop products and improve existing products and services • Must have good analytical, problem solving and communication skills. • Stay abreast on current technologies as sometimes certain technology must be implemented into the overall success of the organization • They must have good writing skills and be adaptable to change. • Expert in eliciting requirements and documenting them • Skilled in creating Business Flows and Business Specification documents that can be translated to detailed and technical designs • Knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions and implementations • Knowledge of data warehousing and data management practices • Knowledge of application development, including business requirements gathering, development, testing, and implementation • Business analysis experience • Knowledge of data models and relationships between data elements • Experience writing data‐driven reports, working with data to create reports • HC Experience with Medicare / Medicaid Knowledge *Must have skills:* HC Experience, Experience with MMIS.
