Oracle Siebel/CRM Developer Basking Ridge NJ 6 Months Contract Developer Resources will be working on the enhancements, revisions and configuration Healthcare Exchange projects Working with and will be based in the NJ Delivery Center team, with 70 + resources in Basking Ridge NJ. Position requires travel and working remotely at client locations such as Boston, Vermont and Hawaii as needed. Top responsibilities for this position: Resources will be a mid-range level resource on the team with responsibilities across assessing, designing, developing and testing commercial healthcare software applications. Resources will work with business analysts and stakeholders for assessment phases as well as to flesh out project requirements and high-level system specifications, such as diagrams, data modeling and object-oriented design . What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? A minimum of 5 years' related experience in a commercial software development role Strong object oriented programming skills Hands-on development experience using - Oracle Siebel/ CRM Siebel development skills required. Additional Responsibilities include: Oracle CRM Solution Assessment, Documenting Current State, Gap Conduct Gap Analysis and Document Recommendations Developing Context diagrams of Transaction flows Coordinate Siebel enhancements, including readiness for test and stage environments. Direct work with client users, IT teams, and project management to ensure the project deliverable s are defined and remain on track. Troubleshoot as required during testing efforts, including support for UAT Java, Oracle software stack, Hands-on experience Oracle Siebel, Prior experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting of applications; working with complex systems Client facing - demonstrated strong communication skills What skills/attributes are a Nice to have?
