Our client is looking for Sr project manager for their HR team - 10+ Years of HRIT experience - 5+ Years of project management experience - 5+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition HR Project Management experience - 3+ years matrix Managed teams DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Maintain expertise and knowledge in Project Management trends and best practices 2. Lead and direct projects, which may include managing changes to project scope and schedule, and ensuring plan is accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized changes 3. Identify and signal changes to the project scope; ensure that the project plan is accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized changes 4. Interact effectively with project team members and business decision makers in a positive, collaborative manner 5. Partner with members of the IT organization to ensure that IT is effectively represented on the project 6. Build effective client relationships and attempt to find opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships 7.
