Business Analyst position Phoenix, AZ This is a 5 plus months contract with possible extensions (can go up to 18 months) Citizens or GC’s !!!! Non locals are fine *Note: Upon Selection All the Candidates must undergo a thorough Background check.* · Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements work shops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, usecases, scenarios; business, gap, task and workflow analysis. - Translate business requirements into technical requirements. - Business and technical process mapping. - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details,abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. - Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver written business and functional requirements. - Utilize industry recommended practices for requirements definition and management systems and methodologies. - Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Work independently with business and technology personnel to define concepts and approach for analysis. - Strong analytical and business skills required, including athorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. - Serves as the conduit between the customer community(internal and external customers)and the Program · Management Office through which requirements flow. *Other Skills Desired* - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a relatedfield.Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted. - Certified Business Analysis Professional(CBAP)designation from the International Institute of Business · Analysis(IIBA) - ITILv3 Foundation Training and/or Certification - Lean SixSigma Training and/or Certification -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
