Very hands-on architect/team lead with strong Unix/Linux, Java/J2EE and Open Source background · SOA and integration background in addition to Application Development experience · Self starter with excellent communication abilities - needs to take ownership of tasks and teams · Team Player who will work with and support a senior architect – needs to work under the guidance and instructions of the senior architect · Strong knowledge and experience in implementing the entire architectural stack UI, mid-tier, back-end · Benefits Administration or at least a Healthcare Background · Experience in working in and leading Agile project and teams – needs to be process oriented · Experience with Continuous Integration and deployment process and related tools and technologies (ANT, Maven etc.) · Experience with cloud implementations – Amazon Web Services a plus · Experience with Dev Ops tools (E.g.
