Tech Lead Open Source ESB - L4.1"Open Source ESB - Product like ServiceMix, MULE, JBoss, Fuse, OW2 etc . Additionally also should be able to do design reviews and suggest design improvement. . Experience in testing methodologies for ESB product. . Should have an understanding of SOA and should have implemented web services based solutions. . Should have an understanding of implementing ESB solutions using more than one product. . Should contribute to technology forums- whitepapers, articles and innovation ideas . Should be able to estimate and plan for an ESB solution implementation. Apart from above proficiency: . Should be able to understand the impact of dependent technologies and incorporate design- Should understand security solutions (in open ESB product context), back-end systems, domain flows . Should be able to identify technology/functional on-functional dependencies implementation and plan for the same .
