Must have experience as the primary or sole deployer of J2EE/Spring applications to Tomcat application servers 1. Windows Server 2008 -- a very big plus 2. Weblogic installation and administration (Some knowledge) 4. Tomcat installation and administration (Advanced ) 5. ANT build scripts (Advanced) 6. OS Script (.sh, .cmd, .bat) creation (Advanced) 7. Strong Release Management experience 8.
