This position will be located in the West Creek Campus in West Creek Building 7 in Richmond, VA. *Basic Qualifications* • 1 Year experience in functional support of HR PeopleSoft application • Strong knowledge of report and query writing within the HR PeopleSoft application • High level of customer service • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a timely manner *Preferred Qualifications* • Experience in consulting on system solutions • Experience in a business analyst role supporting Human Resources is a plus • Knowledge of business systems applications and processes • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience *Overview of Responsibilities* • Serve as a liaison between HR and IT and business stakeholders by providing guidance and interpretation of technical language and resolving technology and data issues to help meet business goals and needs • Provide daily operational BAU support including but not limited to maintaining the enterprise user ID process and executing and resolving required data quality audits • Support HR’s business application function, including providing business analysis support for system functionality and data needs • Perform Application Administration tasks: o Escalation of data integrity issues resulting from system breakdowns o Data Integrity Maintenance o Ad-hoc Reporting o Application Troubleshooting o Configuration management o Management and resolution of issues submitted via Team mailbox • Interface with other lines of business and support functions (Finance, Legal, IT) • Provide additional system administration support as required *General Skills:* Individual must be flexible, self-motivated, well organized, detail oriented, and have experience in a fast paced environment. He/She should have the ability to work effectively at multiple levels and must be able to work between business partners and IT partners. Individual needs to have the following skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative problem solving capabilities and solid prioritization skills. Excellent customer service, communication skills, ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities and strong analysis skills are required.
