Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of 8 years related technology experience. • Ability to produce clear technical documentation and oversee technical review processes • Ability to help customer’s understand capabilities and translate requirements into solutions that are practical to implementation, robust and scalable. • Oversees and reviews technical documentation and review processes • Ability to provide support on a rotating 24x7x365 shift. • Ability to work in a highly matrix and geographically diverse business model • Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast paced changing environment -- multi-tasks, prioritizes.
