Location:- Cupertino, CA
Duration:-  6+ months


*Job Description:*

Understanding the working of a contact center, Should have fair knowledge
on basic CTI concepts, ACD and IVR. Fair knowledge on Genesys Framework (
Tserevr, Statserver, URS),Add, Change, Delete phone extension and user
configuration in Genesys as needed. Fair knowledge on Genesys Inbound and
Outbound. Knowledge on Multi-Channel Routing (MCR) is an advantage, Flair
for writing test cases on contact center scenarios. Knowledge on CCPulse+
is an advantage. Should have fair knowledge on SIP technologies & Call Flow
Analysis. Design and execute test scenarios and scripts. Define and perform
regression, performance and stress testing. Plan test schedules in
accordance with project scope and delivery dates.
