Work closely under the supervision of the project manager and business stakeholders. Analyze complex technical system problems. Perform complex source code development using Java/J2EE, XML and SQL Databases. Perform database modeling based on source specifications, data and reporting requirements. Deliver maintainable, effective, defect free code that meets business requirements and team standards Produce technical design and developer guide to enable transition to support and maintenance team. Coordinate with development, business analysis, quality assurance and deployment teams to ensure smooth execution of development iterations Mandatory Skill/Expertise A minimum of 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE development for large-scale enterprise applications; A minimum of 4 years of experience as a lead developer Experience in planning, designing, developing and deploying applications.
