Understand user stories assigned in the sprint, discuss with onsite BAs and PMs for any clarifications, and complete the coding in adherence to the coding and code review practices. . Help the QA team in recording the demos for the user stories. . Guide and mentor junior engineers . Design and develop the user stories and take it to closure . Interact with architects of client and mentor the offshore teams . 7- 8 Years of experience Demonstrated Experience . Good experience in ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> development .
