*Location:- Raleigh, NC

*Job Description::*

Main duties include but not limited to: Running a support desk and
responding to calls to the desk from end users and IT staff Liaise with
different user and IT groups to diagnose the nature, impact and cause of
issues Resolving problems while keeping track of multiple issues Manage
client expectations and develop trusted relationship Assist in
troubleshooting applications and batch jobs when they fail Prepare and
participate in thorough QA process The candidates should have familiarity
with financial concepts in a fixed income or equities context. Required: 2+
Years experience, preferably in Financial Services. Knowledge of financial
instruments . Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Strong
analytical & problem solving skills. Self-motivated, Able to work with
minimal supervision. Successful track record of multi-tasking and working
under pressure to meet deadlines.
