Send me profiles : arj...@usmsystems.com *Role : Hyperion Planning Reports Lead* *Location: Sydney OH (near Dayton OH)* *Duration: 6+months * *US citizen* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Leads the standardization and continuous improvement of Climates financial and management reporting globally • Responsible for working with reporting stakeholders (Executives, Business Units, Operations, Plants, Finance, etc.) to implement standardized reporting and dashboards • Works closely and collaborates with the Hyperion Business Process Leader and Hyperion Partner • Recommend reports that would be candidates for common dashboard metrics (KPI) of business performance information to drive timely decisions • Lead effort to validate and build out the Hyperion Planning reports • Assist Business Units in rationalizing analytical reports and standardize where possible to leverage across Hyperion • Lead test and documentation activities for Hyperion Reports using Financial Reporting Studio and conduct UAT Testing on Reports • Assist with developing Smart View reports and conducting training • Lead documentation on inventory of reports • Perform report governance and oversight for Hyperion • Mentor team members and Subject Matter Experts (SME) on Hyperion Financial Reporting functionality as required • Assist in data conversion and integration activities • Expertise in the usage and deployment of Smart View and Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio tools; Essbase development/implementation background also preferred. INTERACTIONS: • Works with client Group IT teams (Global) • Works closely with client Business Leads • Works closely with COE for all projects. • Also Works with key partners and outside consultants KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: ? *Minimum 8+ years experience in accounting, finance, information technology and/or operations* *? Minimum 3+ years experience with Hyperion Planning and/or Essbase, with an emphasis on knowledge of Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View tools for* report creation ? Excellent communication skills, including the ability to facilitate and conduct workshops and training sessions ? Strong project management skills ? Certification in field(s) of expertise preferred ?
