• Expertise on HP Data Protector 5.5 & 6.0
• Telephonic and Email based User/Vendor Management.
• Experienced in Production Server Environment.
• Experience in setting up Media retentions & management process
• Problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis.
• Documentation skills? Experience in Upgrading and Patch Installation
• Experience in Migration of backups from Different tools
• Experience in Database backup configurations (Oracle SAP and MS-
Exchange 2007)
• Experience in resolving performance & capacity Issues
• License management for backup softwares
• Co-ordinate/suggest for renewal of backup hardware with vendor
• Device configuration. Configuring disk libraries(CDL)
• Backup, Restore monitoring & Trouble shooting
• Include integrated best-of-breed hardware and software products.
• Create suggested target backup schedule and operational plan.
• Quantify the benefits and cost savings that can be achieved with an
Enterprise Backup solution.
