Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
preferred.Certifications desired, but not limited to: MCTS, MCSE, MCSA,
MCP, A+.2-4 years of experience in client systems management.Understanding
and/or experience with the following products is desired:Primary
responsibility, hands on enterprise class experience with Altiris SMP
(Symantec Management Platform) suite. Version 7.0.Symantec EndPoint
Protection Client & Server architecture (AV and firewall)Client encryption
technologiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal oriented
with a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic enterprise environment.
Required Skills : Tools Support (L4) , TIS Technical Support (L2) , BSM
Admin (L1) , BSM Admin (L2) , Infra Tools Implementation and Trouble
shooting (L1)
Essential Skill(s) Business Service Management (L3)
