*Immediate Need for Senior MDM Data Analyst*
*Position:Senior MDM Data AnalystLocation:Denver,CODuration:6 Months* PURPOSE The Data Analyst, Master Data (MD) uses his/her expertise in assessment, definition, design, and mapping techniques to drive the overall enterprise data model for multiple domains within MDM. Those domains include, but are not inclusive of, Item/Product, Associate, Supplier, Customer, Location, and Financials. The enterprise model will be used as a foundation to the overall MDM program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Is accountable for delivering the MDM Program and MDM data design deliverables. Works with the MD Technology team, Data Owners and Data Stewards and other stakeholder groups, as appropriate, to design the integrated MDM data model. Ensures alignment between functional and non-functional MD business requirements and application architecture. Defines and documents the MDM data design for all domains, and through the discovery and management of the Business rules (BR) ensures coherence across all aspects of the MDM data architecture. Uses a combination of existing ERP data structures and future data models to create an integrated structure to support MDM hubs and processes. Manages all requests for changes to the MDM data design to support strategic goals. Reviews and works with the MD Technology team, other EIM Teams, the Data Management Organization and business to present the necessary MDM data design. Communicates changes to the MDM data design to all impacted internal and external stakeholders, as appropriate. Provides MDM data design expertise as needed to resolve issues coming from the MDM Operations Council. Other duties may be assigned. Project / Program Management Skills: Ability to understand and communicate the overall MDM data design, including management of Business Rules Ability to foster positive and effective relationships within IT and across the enterprise Ability to translate and design MDM data design requirements from workshops outputs Ability to identify impacts of MDM data design changes for all areas of the enterprise Ability to identify and manage issues Ability to clearly define and be accountable for action items and timelines Ability to perform work planning tasks (aggregate multiple workplans, understand resource needs, etc.).
