Looking for a Java Developer with Subversion and Maven
Following are the details of the opportunity:
Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 7-10 years
experience.
Candidate will serve as senior level configuration and build engineer. The
immediate project is to design solution and execute plan to migrate some
existing JAVA applications from CVS to Subversion for version control,
automate application build through Maven and integrate the build process
through IBM BuildForge. In this role, candidate will be expected to
administrate and maintain Java application code/configuration in various
version control systems including Subversion, ClearCase, CVS. Develop
technical implementation plans to integrate various version control systems
with BuildForge to achieve full build automation. Write Maven/Ant scripts to
automate application build. Document application code/configuration,
automate build, coordinate application deployment and migration
code/configuration changes through various environments. Candidate must be
strong in: Subversion and Maven Must be competent in: ClearCase, Ant, CVS,
XML, Shell Scripting, JAVA Nice to have: Cruise Control, ClearQuest, Perl,
log4j, JSP or similar web presentation tier technology, WebLogic 8.1+,
Tomcat, BuildForge
