*Title: BSA needed with Weblogic Portal
Location: Richmond, VA {Locals would be great}
Expected Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $40 Corp to Corp*

eCommerce delivery team is in need of a BSA to support the On-line Marketing
platform. Join us in a team-oriented, supportive environment where you'll
leverage your analytical skills and deliver quality solutions for our
internet marketing presence.
*Description:*
Consults with representatives from the business units to craft and clarify
project scope and business requirements; Develops traceability matrices;
Assesses impacts of intent initiatives; Discusses alternatives for
high-level solutions; Identifies gaps between business needs and proposed
solutions; Facilitates requirements sessions and approvals; Responsible for
the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of System
Requirements (functional and nonfunctional); Works with developers,
designers, and testers to ensure that business intent is understood.
*Needed Experience:*
Consultative communication skills are critical
Experience with on-line marketing technologies such as:
- Weblogic Portal
- HTML, PHP, JavaScript, etc.
- SEO
- Web Design
- Dynamic targeting
- Financial Services Environment experience
Ability to write high-quality requirements is a MUST
Experience with Quality Center a plus
*Responsibilities:*
• Collects and defines requirements, translates into functional design
documents and participates in the technical design, test planning and user
documentation processes
• Works with users and peers in planning, developing, implementing, and
supporting new or existing applications. Analyzes and re-engineers business
processes
• Participates in software design, prototyping, construction and testing of
new or enhanced applications
• Assists in training users on new or enhanced applications
*Qualifications:*
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT
Management
• Business Systems Analysis certification a plus
• 8 Years experience in Full project lifecycle software development
• 6 Year experience in Gathering and documenting user requirements
