Responsibilities include Requirements Gathering Work w/Cisco Engineers & customer to document project requirements Define and collect technical data points required for Project success Cost Estimation and Project Planning Develop Work Breakdown Structure to define effort level and amounts to complete project efforts Work with Cisco Engineers to establish critical path Document Project Assumptions and Risk Draw up quote to be provided as a cost estimate to Customer Implementation Support Lead/Support implementation cutovers Define and follow escalation plans Document issues and lessons to be learned Communicate project status Work to coordinate multiple teams to deliver successful project changes Project Financials Setup, Tracking, and Closure Establishing initial Project Budgets Perform Revenue & Cost Forecasting Track Financial Health of Project Invoice customer for work completed Follow Cisco Business Policy throughout lifecycle to project closure Required Experience & Skill Set 5 Years’ experience working with Large Enterprise Size Customers to implement Data Networking Technology Projects Strong MS Excel Skills Ability to perform simple math, leverage formulas, pivot tables, V Lookups, and other intermediate excel functions 5 years’ Experience using MS Project to setup and deliver projects Significant ability to communicate with Business terms and Technical Vocabulary Preferred Experience & Skill Set Certifications: PMP(or Prince), ITIL, CCNA, MCSE (In order of Preference) 5 Years’ experience working with Telecommunications Projects Kindest Regards: David Bell Technical Recruiter Consulting Knights Inc. 100 Overlook Center 2nd Floor, Princeton, NJ 08540.
