*Position:Solution Architect*
*Duration:  12 Months      *
*Location: Richmond,Dallas, TX (Travel between the two)    *

Job Responsibilities:
• Work with client and Amdocs teams to develop and deliver business and
technical solutions to client satisfaction
• Develop and manage client relationships, project plans and resources
• Understand product vision, competitive landscape and target state
architecture requirements
• Advise technical teams on business operations and customer experience
implications of target state architecture
• Develop business process roadmap to support the evolution to target state
architecture considering AT&T’s current and planned product roadmap and
operational needs
• Support development of a unified design and customer experience across
impacted domains, including sales, online/e-strategy, ordering,
provisioning, billing and collections
• Implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, ensure
deliverables are on-time and within budget, increase efficiency, resolve
issues and achieve cost savings for Amdocs and our clients
• Conduct presentations and deliver proposals to clients
• Transfer knowledge, monitor engagement team performance, and provide
feedback
• Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives,
processes and methodology

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in Telecom environment focusing on Business
(Enterprise) Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of the overall telecom domain with advanced
understanding of telecom billing, OSS, BSS or CRM solution definition,
design, development and delivery
• Demonstrated expertise in the hands-on successful delivery of program
strategies and potential business process reengineering
• Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer, thought leadership and
solutions and translate complex technical issues into compelling business
benefits
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong project/program management skills

Preferences:
• Big 5 consulting experience preferred
• Strong project/program management skills
• Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients
and employees
