Tasks will range from a few minutes to several weeks based on the release definition defined by the client. It's expected this person will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. (I cannot over emphasize this enough.) It is preferred that this person works onsite however there is some flexibility depending on their effectiveness and efficiency performing their duties.
