They would be responsible for automated and manual test design and execution. They are responsible for providing all levels of test on a work effort; System, End-to-End System Test, User Acceptance Test, Performance Test, Non-Functional Test, Regression Test, End-to-End Customer Experience Test, Implementation Test, Integration Test. The Test Engineer would provide automation requirements such as the manual functional testing tasks to the Automation Engineers. The Test Engineer will work directly with the Automation Engineer to decide what should be automated and how manual procedures may be modified to better facilitate automation. The Test Engineer is required to have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
