*Nashville TN* Must have at least 3 years of relevant IT experience supporting web server farms in an enterprise environment using Microsoft technologies. 1+ year of experience writing scripts in one or a combination of the following: C#, C++, PowerShell, or VB. Experience scripting against Big-IP F5 is desirable. Demonstrates an understanding of the web application architecture, SDLC, basic programming practices, and scripting languages. Demonstrates a strong working understanding of troubleshooting techniques and strategies including an ability to use troubleshooting tools. Demonstrates an ability to manage multiple project deliverables on multiple projects effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems or relevant experience and accomplishments Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills 1+ year experience managing within ITIL, Six Sigma and/or COBIT frameworks Must have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience with 3-tier and web architectures utilizing relational database platforms; proficient in Microsoft operating systems; programming and/or scripting languages experience of at least two of: Visual Basic, Java/J2EE, HTML, XML, VB Script, ASP, .NET, PowerShell. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, experience in a transactional high-volume, high availability production environment. Strong communication skills and willingness to train other colleagues as backup. Produce and maintain accurate documentation, installation and operational qualification reports.
