Junior Linux/Windows Administrators/Engineers with significant experience around SOC/NOC. Job Qualifications: Extensive Linux system administration background Excellent understanding of Nagios monitoring system Ability to debug issues on a Unix environment in a multi-tiered architecture Knowledge of basic Windows System Admin and N/W admin Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously with multiple requirements Attention to detail in handling of incidents and outages including clear verbal (conference call) and written (Outage notification emails, incident summary emails and incident ticket diaries) communication.
