We use Oracle Apps 11.5.9* * Job Level Specific Duties* • Assists in coding, testing, and debugging new software / applications or making enhancements to existing software / applications. • Writes programs according to specifications from higher-level staff. • Manages trouble ticket resolution for applications. • Creates documentation required on work product. • Learns new applications, system behavior and business processes as they relate to customer needs. *Typical Years of Experience* • Typically requires 0-2 years relevant experience. *Minimum Education and Certifications* • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. *Skills* • Basic understanding of programming languages. • Basic knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures related to applications programming. • Basic knowledge of coding, testing, and debugging simple applications. • Basic understanding of how key business needs drive technology decisions. • Basic understanding of application configuration, maintenance and support. • Basic knowledge of client / server networks. *Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions* • Ability to physically perform general office requirements. • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. • Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
