Experience with AWS, Hadoop and Hive are a plus Ability to write and execute complex SQL or Mongo database queries. Excellent technical knowledge for the full SDLC of the release(s)/project(s) Analysis of business requirements and subsequen creation of high level technical design documents and technical specifications and relay these tasks to the development team. Test driven application development, as well as execution of implementation activities Writing Junit tests, and working in an agile mode where they would use Jenkins/Bamboo for continuous integration. Analysis and identification of technical areas of improvement within existing web applications Help validate alternate ways of developing the application. Troubleshoot difficult issues.
