*Location: Minneapolis, MN*

*Recent XSLT experience is a must. Solid Java and XSD development
experience needed as well.*

This is with the Mobile group. Any telecommunications (Verizon, T-Mobile,
At&T) or Retail/Ecommerce company experience is awesome.



SKILLS HIGHLY PREFERRED:

• 5+ years’ experience in Java , J2EE, Hibernate, Spring and Struts related
platform development

• Experience with Java development for data-intensive and batch processing
applications using Oracle databases

• Oracle PL-SQL development skills

• Interface development experience, including working with Web services,
WSDL and XSD preferably with Weblogic and Axis APIs

• Wicket framework experience.

• Solid understanding of XML/XSD/WSDL specifications

• Need excellent scores with Sun Java Programmers Certification exam or
Brainbench Java programmers certification exam



Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with TIBCO

• Experience developing POS or retail systems, or integrating with packaged
retail software systems

• Retail and/or Telecom environment experience

• Development using JUnit unit test framework, or similar

• Background working on Agile development teams

• Strong presentation skills (e.g. comfortable performing regular demos of
system functionality for business stakeholders)

Project Description:

*CAP - Java developer required for coding and implementation for a back end
data processing application.*

We are looking for a highly-motivated, extremely organized driver to join a
team of IT resources in the successful development and integration of a
multi-channel application. This resource should be creative, resourceful,
and able to handle stressful situations and consistent change with ease.
The CBG IT environment is very fast paced, open and honest, and requires
individuals who are thick-skinned and desires continuous improvement. The
CBG IT teams work in an Agile environment.



Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:

• Prepare detailed design documentation from requirements and interface
specification that conform to application architecture and design guidelines

• Ability to follow defined design patterns

• Perform unit testing of the code

• Perform developer integration testing with other code modules/external
system interfaces

• Support QA testing and fix defects

• Provide documentation required for transitioning development to support
teams

• Work with BA’s and the Solution Architect to understand business
requirements solution architecture and translate those into new
applications, as well as developing
