*Job Descrition:*
- Maintain & sustain System Center Operations Manager 2012 SP1
Infrastructure.
- Installation and troubleshooting SCOM Server, Agents.
- Must have knowledge in creating management packs using authoring
console, XML, Visual studio authoring Console extension.
- Performance Tune MP alerts to ensure that alerts are timely and
accurate.
- Provide support for keeping SCOM Agents healthy (write scripts) and
deploy Management packs
- Create custom rules and monitors, configure alerts, overrides
- Deliver timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on root
cause analysis, prevention
- Possesses technical expertise in all parts of SCOM & PowerShell ,
Document & create SOP for SCOM Administration
- Create Dashboards for management and system owners.
- Create reports and Dashboards to monitor SLA compliance for
applications.
