*Deployment and Change Control Analyst : Provide level-1 Support to mission
critical applications*

*Basic requirements:-*

Should have extensively worked in supporting large IT environments spread
across datacenters.

Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Good interpersonal skills

Analytical mind to diagnose and quickly resolve issues.

Basic banking knowledge (preferably from a banking or finance background).

Good understanding of software development of web based 3-tier applications.

Project management skills.



*Required Skills:*

Extensive experience in the use of MS Project software

Experience with PKI certificate life cycle management. Must have worked as
an RA (Registration Authority) for procuring, deployment and renewal of
digital certificates.

UNIX (Solaris) and Win2k/2003 support skills.

Working knowledge of Websphere application server, Actuate, IBM MQ,
ConnectDirect, HTTPS and FTP.

Ability to read and interpret logs.

Scripting knowledge (unix shell scripting and vb.net would be an advantage.

Building and supporting 3-tier environments.

Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking architecture.

Familiarity with source control software such as Clearcase (preferred),
PVCS, Safesource, and Defect tracking tool such as Teamtrack (preferred)



*Job Description :-*

Pro-actively monitor the critical applications and provide real-time
application support to eliminate or avoid customer impact. Troubleshoot,
diagnose and resolve problems and outages in production, UAT, and QC.
Support application releases and other software updates. Deploy Digital
certificates (Entrust, Verisign) in the various UAT and Production
environments*.* Field technical calls from EBOC and customer service for
Production and UAT issues. Support data center in resolving patch install
issues.  Support weekend maintenance activity.



Hold daily deployment meeting and extensive co-ordination with the Technical
Project Managers, Software Developers, Testers, Production Support, SAs
and   DBAs for planning and scheduling the deployment of code in the
Production and Non-Production environments. Reviewing and approving Unix,
Windows 2003 and Database Installation instructions, verifying code base
installs were successful. Preparing the weekly change calendars, creating
change controls and follow up on their Approvals. Creation of Deployment and
Release plans in Microsoft Project.
