Please send resumes to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll Functional Analyst* *Location: **Seattle, WA* *Duration: 6+ months* *Rate: Market* - Act as key liaison between technical support and the users of *PeopleSoft* and other *payroll* and *finance* related systems. - Ensure the integrity of various financial systems, including *PeopleSoft* *Payroll*, *ADP*, and *OASYS*. - Maintain configurations to ensure system integrity and compliance with security policies and *SOX* controls. - Troubleshoot finance systems (interfaces, reports, outages, software, setup) to respond to routine inquires, and assist Technical support with resolution of issues. Assist in design, development and testing of solutions. - Document work requests and manage priorities according to business needs. - Review requests for configuration changes. Maintain current, offer best practice alternative solution, or implement requested change. - Prepare business case documentation and support. - Develop complete and testable written requirements, including comprehensive test cases and scripts. - Test complex modifications/fixes to various systems, documenting results. - Basic report development, maintenance, and processing. - Complex query development and analysis utilizing PS and/or Brio Query tools. - Manage interfaces between systems, determine if source system needs revising, or interim process needs monitoring. Work with IT and *HCM* support to resolve any interface issues. - Support payroll processing and assist with issue resolution - Assist in training end users on system modifications and implementations - Generate financial and time and attendance scorecards and complex metrics - Project Management including small process improvements or larger system upgrades. - Responsible for all training and creating training media for system modifications and implementations. - Understand functional business processes, identify areas in need of improvement, and follow industry/software best practices. - Communicate system and process changes to all affected users. - Manage chartfields, including combo editing, trees, allocations, scopes, report requests. - Assist with month-end closing and reporting needs, support payroll processing, scheduling all report runs, cleaning up the report center, and running special requests. - nVision report development and management.
