Provide technical documentation for these servers. Subject Matter Expert to assist with design, installation, and management of various infrastructure applications on mission critical Windows Server systems. Tune systems for optimal performance. Track system capacity. Ensure system stability. 35% Train and advise less skilled systems programmers and provide expert technical assistance for others. 20% Collaborate and liaise with other units and serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert. 20% Serve in on-call rotation. Follow industry standard best practices and CCIT policies and procedures. 15% Contribute to research and development projects as required. 10% Required Skills (rank in order of Importance): Firm Windows Server 2008 and/or 2012 R2 knowledge and experience Technical documentation Soft skills Required: Effective Communication Skills (written and oral), Adaptability, Flexibility, Self-motivation, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, Time Management, Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment.
