Test Lead experience Application testing experience in the Banking domain -
in *Core Banking and in Mainframe applications.* Prior experience in
Requirements elicitation, test case design, test execution and test
management of defects through to resolution. Hands-on use of Quality Center
for Test Management. Knowledge and experience in use of tools to improve
product quality and productivity. Experience in QTP and Test. Automation is
a PLUS but not MANDATORY. Good communication skills and good team player.
