Role: Network Engineer Location: Bellevue/Bothell, WA Duration: 3-6 months Rate: Market We have an immediate opening for a Cisco Network Engineer specializing in F5 load balancing and Firewalls (telecommunications experience preferred). This is working at T-Mobile and will hire off of a phone interview. Please only send me candidates that are immediately available to phone interview and start. They must have good verbal communication (at least a 7 out of 10). *Description:* **Cisco switch/router person that knows F5 and firewalling **(telecommunications experience preferred*). * A plus would be specifically Cisco NX-IOS and Crossbeam firewalls.** *Job Description:* Prepare equipment orders based on templates. Develop detailed template-based plans including: implementation, testing and back out procedures for all network implementations, upgrades and modifications. Assist in creating network design standards for hardware and software. Developing and maintain Network Documentation (Visio diagrams, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, etc…). Configure and troubleshoot network elements in a test/dev environment. Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: Good organizational and communication skills, self motivated. Microsoft Office suite, MS Visio, general computer skills. Fluent in Cisco router/switch configuration and troubleshooting in a TCP/IP OSPF environment.
