*Need: QA Analyst* *3 openings- 2 in PA, and the other in AZ* *Rate is 40 hr C2C* *Date resource is required: 10/26/2009* *Anticipated end date: 04/23/2010* *Location: Chandler, AZ OR Reading PA * All are the same and there are additional skills added such as DW, ETL, Java/.Net- along with Unix and Mercury Quality Center Position Description: Experience Level: Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years related experience including familiarity with testing automation tools. *Minimum Qualification Details: * 5 to 7 years experience in the software Quality Assurance, with experience working on 3 or more projects from requirements inception to product release Experience with testing web-based applications developed in J2EE (Java) or .NET framework Strong understanding of Oracle, SQL Server databases and constructing/executing SQL queries Experience with ETL, Data Warehouse, and/or Data Migration testing Experience with Windows and UNIX (Sun Solaris/HP) server navigation; Experience running batch commands, scheduled jobs, and reviewing output, logs, etc. on each platform. Experience with Mercury Test Management tools (Quality Center, Test Director) and ClearQuest Defect Tracking tool, or similar defect tracking tools. Ability to work in cross-functional teams across multiple levels of the organization. Ability to work independently. Ability to multi-task. Strong verbal and written communication skills. *Preferred Qualification Details:* Familiarity with .NET, EJB, JSP, and XML Proven success in testing large scale, multi-tiered, integrated systems. Experience writing test plans, sizing testing efforts, and defining QA milestones and schedules Project management (ensure that ambiguity reviews, test plans, and scripts are complete and accurate and that testing is executed on-time and within budget). Process management (insure that testing is performed in a consistent and traceable manner). Familiar with test automation methodology. Experience in software development lifecycle and testing methodology. Experience testing web services.
