*Position: WebSphere Admin* *Location: Riverwoods, IL* *Long Term Contract * L1/L2 Support for Prod/PA PA - (Other Than Initial Setup issues, others are expected to be attended as per escalation/INC Tickets) Offshore Co-coordinator/Liaison Changes - coordinator for changes implemented by offshore Incident management - Resolving Incidents and working on Alert Incidents. Handle all change, Incident and process related escalation from offshore Changes- Implement various changes and involving in reviewing the change plans.This includes app deployment, datapower config and resource creations. Scripting- Automation of manual tasks and areas of improvement Projects Follow up- Working on problem management and assigned activities such as Analysis of Cores, Wily reports for application performance improvement and providing recommendations which needs to be approved by Onsite Client MIS support Stress Test Analysis and setting up required stress test metrics in Wily Configuring Wily for monitoring and setting up the thresholds.
